I grew up in Bangkok. My parents were chefs. They taught me how to cook. That’s the norm in South East Asia. Since coming to England twenty years ago I have further developed my cooking skills. I became a Professional Chef and have cooked for Private Parties, Corporate Events and oh yes, I am the Chef Patron at FISK– Asian inspired Seafood Restaurants.
